HR Manager

Aegis Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function across the organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, overseeing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to organizational development. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent * Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs * Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures * Conduct performance management and appraisal cycles * Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies * Maintain HR records and generate regular reports * Support management in organizational development and change initiatives * Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a multinational or trading company * Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills * Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and other relevant tools * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality * Strong leadership and organizational skills **Personal Attributes:** * Proactive and solution\-oriented mindset * High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
