**Position Summary:**
The HR Generalist will act as a key partner in managing day\-to\-day HR operations and employee relations at Interwood Mobel. This role supports various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation to ensure a productive and compliant workplace environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
* Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs
* Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
* Coordinate and maintain employee records and HR databases
* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
* Assist in performance management processes including performance reviews and feedback cycles
* Address employee inquiries and support resolution of routine employee relations issues
* Collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners to support organizational goals
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 3\-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, retail, or related industries
* Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively
* Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is advantageous
