Job Description
As HR Generalist at Intertek, you’ll be supporting our managers with various HR matters. You will play a key role in helping us grow and develop our organization, contributing to Intertek's long\-term global transformation. You'll join a lively and supportive HR team of 5 colleagues in Stockholm, Kista. This role covers a broad range of HR responsibilities at both strategic and operational levels. What you’ll do: * Support a management team and managers as a junior HR Business partner, handling the company's HR tasks. * Managing “end\-to\-end” recruitment together with our managers, from creating job ads to making hires. * Identifying the right channels to attract top talent to ensure our growth. * Take charge of different HR projects and implement team initiatives aligned with our mission, vision, and values. **We believe that you have:** * Experience as a junior HR Business Partner working in a matrix organization and supporting professional roles. * Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment * Relevant university degree, or applicable work life experience. * Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and build long\-term relationships. * Fluency in both Swedish and English. * Previous experience working with Linkedin Recruiter. * Experience working with collective agreement, preferably Tekniktjänsteavtalet **Who are Intertek?** Intertek has a history spanning over 100 years in audits and quality work.
