This is a hands\-on and mobile HR role with Sweden as your home base and responsibility for business areas across both Sweden and Norway. You enjoy being close to business, engaging in dialogue, and supporting people through all stages of the employment lifecycle. You believe in a well governed HR administration and at the same time, you are curious about HR development, systems, and new ways of working – including the possibilities of HR \& AI solutions.

* Be the speaking partner for HR in the countries – actively working with internal communication in all directions
**How do we see that you succeed in this role?**
You build trust easily and collaborate naturally with managers and employees. You are approachable, empathetic, and confident in taking ownership of your responsibilities. You work independently, are comfortable stepping into discussions when needed, and are motivated to grow within HR in a Nordic, multi\-country environment.
We expect that you will bring:
* Experience in payroll processes or working as a payroll contact person
* Experience with core HR tasks related to the employee lifecycle
* Experience as a super user of payroll, time, or HR systems
* Good Microsoft Office skills and interest in digital and technological solutions
* Knowledge of labor legislation and collective agreements
* A reliable, proactive, and positive working style

* Fluency in English and Swedish or Norwegian
**Why would you choose Hedengren?**
