HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Generalist with solid experience in Swedish labor law and a strong understanding of collectively agreed principles. You bring hands\-on experience in applying these frameworks across HR Operations, with payroll as a core responsibility. The role is placed in Stockholm. Your role at Entercard You will join our HR team of seven skilled colleagues, working across functions in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will ensure that administrative processes align with internal policies, collective agreements, and employment legislation\- playing a key part in our continuous improvement efforts. You will manage HR administrative tasks in Sweden with a focus on accuracy, ensure that activities meet both legal and internal requirements, oversee payroll processes, and support regional HR projects and broader administrative initiatives as needed. You will report to our Head of HR.
