Job Description
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring accurate HRMS management, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and coordination across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and update HRMS data across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, confirmations, resignations, promotions, re\-hiring).
* Ensure accurate documentation, employee records, and HR files (physical \& digital).
* Prepare and manage HR operational letters and communications.
* Monitor attendance and leave records; generate periodic reports and resolve discrepancies.
* Coordinate with HR officers (HO \& field) to ensure timely completion of HR activities.
* Maintain HR policies, circulars, JDs, and organograms.
* Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Support audits, inspections, and other HR operational tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/HR qualification preferred).
* 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
* Strong understanding of regulatory laws and HR operations.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Good communication, writing, and coordination skills.
