**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensure accurate job postings across platforms, and manage recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
* Support core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HR policy development and implementation, and performance management processes.
* Lead employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture, including conflict resolution and employee relations guidance.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and recruitment effectiveness.
* Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
* Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation, and support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus
* Minimum of 6\+ years of experience in recruitment and HR roles
* Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
* Proven experience in people management and HR operations
* Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Spanish is highly valued)
* Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities
* Customer\-focused mindset with a proactive approach

* Experience in strategy and management consultancy
* Familiarity with DMCC processes and regulations
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
