HR Generalist

ALG is a leading global consultancy team with more than 35 years of professional experience working alongside the top players in the transport sector (operators, infrastructure developers and investors, etc.), advising them on how to better prepare to respond to strategic, capacity, infrastructure and operational challenges. **Services:** **·** Strategy \& Policy **·** Transaction \& PPP **·** Business advisory **·** Organization **·** Infrastructure development **·** Operations \& Technology **Sector experience:** **·** Aviation (Airlines, Airports, CAA, ATM/CNS, etc.) **·** Maritime (Port terminals, Port Authority's, maritime companies) **·** Land transportation (Intermodal, Railways, Highways, Urban transport) **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes. * Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensure accurate job postings across platforms, and manage recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics. * Support core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HR policy development and implementation, and performance management processes. * Lead employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture, including conflict resolution and employee relations guidance. * Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and recruitment effectiveness. * Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies. * Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation, and support HR projects and initiatives as needed. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus * Minimum of 6\+ years of experience in recruitment and HR roles * Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices * Proven experience in people management and HR operations * Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Spanish is highly valued) * Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities * Customer\-focused mindset with a proactive approach **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in strategy and management consultancy * Familiarity with DMCC processes and regulations * Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment *Please, attach your CV*
