As we continue expanding our team and client base, we are looking for a highly motivated and professional
HR Executive – Talent Acquisition \& Social Media Manager
to lead our recruitment efforts while simultaneously managing and growing our digital presence.
Position Overview
The HR Executive – Talent Acquisition \& Social Media Manager will play a dual role within Xevaro Labs.
The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing talent while also overseeing all social media activities across the company's platforms.
This role requires an individual who is organized, creative, proactive, and capable of building both a strong team and a strong online brand presence.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, recruitment expertise, content planning abilities, and social media management experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources \& Talent AcquisitionRecruitment \& Hiring
- Create and publish job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, and other recruitment platforms
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various positions
- Conduct resume screening and candidate shortlisting
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with management and department heads
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate databases
- Manage hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding
Employee Onboarding \& Administration
- Facilitate onboarding of newly hired employees
- Prepare and manage employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and attendance reports
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies
- Monitor employee performance and engagement
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Performance Management
- Track employee KPIs and performance metrics
- Coordinate performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Support employee development initiatives
- Assist management in resolving workplace issues
- Help maintain a productive and positive work environment
Social Media Management Responsibilities
The HR Executive will also serve as the primary Social Media Manager for Xevaro Labs.
Social Media Platforms
Manage and grow:
- X (Twitter)
Content Planning \& Publishing
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Publish company updates, achievements, and success stories
- Promote company services and case studies
- Promote job openings and recruitment campaigns
- Create content that attracts both clients and potential employees
Brand Development
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
- Build awareness of Xevaro Labs within the technology and business communities
- Support personal branding initiatives for the Founder \& CEO
- Increase online visibility and engagement
Community Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries
- Engage with followers and potential clients
- Build relationships with professionals and businesses online
- Support LinkedIn networking and outreach efforts
Lead Generation Support
- Identify potential clients through social media platforms
- Generate business opportunities through content and engagement
- Assist in growing the company's authority and digital presence
- Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail

- Content Writing \& Copywriting
- Canva or Basic Graphic Design Skills
