Job Description
* Develop an HR strategy focused on both successful recruitment and team members’ satisfaction
* Recruit actively new team members as required by the department manager
* Keep an active pipeline of candidates' CVs for the most crucial job position which will drive the growth of the company
* Guide to support all staff on the HR activities including policies, vacation management, internal communications, retention, learning/development, and terms and conditions of employment
* Manage the onboarding and orientation process
* Create and manage a performance management system (competencies, KPIs, assessment tools, reward and performance appraisal system)
* Set rules and create policies to organize the team members’ work
* Create and implement weekly and monthly HR activity reports
* Formulate plans to achieve all the HR objectives
* Oversee strategy, creative direction, timing, and execution of recruitment activities
* Identify market trends in HR Management
* Knowledges about UAE HR
**What You’ll Need:**
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in any related field
· 2 years of UAE experience
· Knowledge of HR software and resources
· Excellent knowledge of the HR concepts and strategies
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month
