EGC Properties LLC is a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi dedicated to providing exceptional property solutions and customer service. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced HR Executive to join our team immediately.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Onboarding
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Coordinate job postings on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
Employee Records \& Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR databases.
- Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, passport copies, Emirates IDs, visas, educational certificates, and other employee records.
- Manage employee personal files in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
UAE Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and related regulations.
- Monitor contract renewals, probation periods, confirmations, and employee status changes.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, warning letters, employee grievances, and terminations in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
- Keep management updated on changes to UAE labor regulations and HR best practices.
Visa \& Government Relations
- Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Monitor expiry dates of visas, Emirates IDs, labor cards, passports, and other employee documents.
- Liaise with government authorities, typing centers, and service providers regarding employee documentation and compliance matters.
Payroll \& Attendance
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee timekeeping systems.
- Support WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance and payroll documentation.
- Process annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, and other leave requests according to company policies and UAE Labour Law.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separation processes.
Performance Management \& Training
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate employee training, development, and career growth initiatives.
- Maintain training records and employee development plans.
HR Administration
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, experience certificates, and other employment-related documents.
- Generate HR reports for management regarding recruitment, turnover, attendance, leave, and workforce planning.
- Support management with organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of HR experience is mandatory.

UAE HR experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
