About the Role
Global Consulting is looking for a detail\-oriented and organized
**HR \& Data (Entry) Management Executive**
to support one of its clients in Dubai. This is a part\-time remote opportunity suitable for candidates with good communication skills, administrative capabilities, and basic HR coordination experience.
The candidate will assist with employee data management, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Perform accurate data entry and document management
* Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
* Assist in onboarding and HR administrative tasks
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR\-related documentation
* Handle email communication and follow\-ups with candidates/employees
* Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
* Support management with day\-to\-day operational coordination
* Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation records
Required Skills \& Qualifications
* Graduate or Diploma holder in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
* Basic understanding of HR processes and administration
* Good communication skills in English
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email communication
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Prior HR/Data Entry/Admin experience will be an added advantage
