Your Responsibilities * Serve as a visionary partner to the Components unit, providing expert HR guidance and support. * Champion and oversee innovative local HR initiatives and projects. * Collaborate with our managers to develop and implement forward\-thinking HR strategies, policies, and programs. * Foster the growth and development of the factory, ensuring a dynamic work environment. * Lead transformative organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and cultural projects. * Empower managers with coaching and support on labor law, employee relations and performance management, while analyzing HR metrics to enhance employee engagement and retention. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). * Proven project management skills with several years of experience. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization and international environment. * In\-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Sweden. * Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. **More About Us** Are you ready for an exciting new challenge?
