**HR Business Partner \| GCC Region \| Abu Dhabi, UAE** We are currently supporting an international engineering \& consulting organization in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner based in Abu Dhabi. This is a confidential assignment managed exclusively by Grafton. In this regional role, you will partner closely with business leaders across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, driving strategic HR initiatives while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong employee engagement across multiple markets. **Key Responsibilities** • Strategic HR partnering with regional leadership teams • Talent management, workforce planning \& succession planning • Employee relations \& labor law compliance across multiple countries • Performance management \& organizational development • HR process optimization and HR systems implementation • Support regional growth and transformation initiatives **Your Profile** • Several years of HR Business Partner experience within an international environment • Strong exposure to GCC / Middle East HR operations • Experience within engineering, consulting, infrastructure, energy, or technical industries is advantageous • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Strategic mindset combined with a hands\-on approach • Fluent English skills, written as well as spoken, are mandatory **What’s on Offer** • Regional HR scope across the Middle East • International and collaborative environment • Attractive compensation package incl. expat benefits • Abu Dhabi based position with regional responsibility
