**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Human Resources Assistant Cum Recruiter, located in Dubai, UAE.
We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented
**HR Assistant cum Recruiter**
to support day\-to\-day HR operations and drive end\-to\-end recruitment activities.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance
**HR administration, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and onboarding support**
with accuracy and professionalism.
(All duties and responsibilities will be performed under the supervision, guidance, and instructions of the HR Manager.)
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
* Post jobs across portals and social platforms
* Shortlist candidates based on role requirements
* Conduct initial HR screening interviews
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
* Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and employee documentation
* Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical
* Support payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, incentives, and leave records
* Prepare HR letters and official correspondence as required
* Assist with onboarding, employee engagement activities, and monthly recognition programs
* Coordinate visa\-related documentation with the PRO when required under guidance of HR Manager
* Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies and procedures
**Requirements**
* **Must be available in UAE for Interview**
* **Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field**
* **1–2 years of UAE experience in HR and recruitment**
* **Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
* Hands\-on experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dubizzle
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
