Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities such as room preparation, linen supply, waste disposal, and maintenance of equipment.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet hospitals quality control and NABH standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
**Desired Candidate Profile**
10\-20 years of experience in Housekeeping Management or related field.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, NABH protocols, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
