**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, assign daily tasks, perform quality control inspections, and collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience. Additionally, the role involves inventory management, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
**Qualifications**
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff
* Extensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and quality standards
* Strong organizational and time\-management skills to coordinate daily tasks and manage schedules
* Experience with inventory management and maintaining adequate supplies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and address guest concerns professionally
* Flexibility to adapt to a fast\-paced environment and resolve issues promptly
* Proficiency in health, safety, and sanitation regulations relevant to hospitality
* Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
