**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at our Jabalpur location. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff schedules, and uphold cleanliness and organization across all guest rooms and common areas. Responsibilities also include coordinating laundry services, monitoring inventory of supplies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through consistent and efficient service. The candidate will assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring housekeeping staff to maintain operational excellence.
**Qualifications**
* Diploma / Degree in
**Hotel Management or Hospitality Management**
preferred.
* Minimum
**3–5 years of relevant experience in Housekeeping**
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
**Skills Required**
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Attention to detail and quality standards
* Good communication and guest handling skills
* Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, machines, and procedures
* Ability to manage staff schedules and departmental budgets
