For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a dedicated
**Housekeeping Manager**
to set and maintain outstanding housekeeping standards in line with London’s luxury hospitality expectations.
**Job Description**
**Key Duties \& Responsibilities**
* Lead and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation throughout the hotel
* Ensure compliance with brand standards as well as health, safety and hygiene regulations across all guest and back‑of‑house areas
* Plan staffing levels, support departmental budgeting and monitor costs to ensure efficient and responsible use of resources
* Lead, motivate and develop the housekeeping team, fostering engagement, performance and continuous improvement
* Work closely with Front Office and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and manage feedback or service issues proactively
* Oversee inventory, linen, uniforms, amenities, equipment and supplier coordination to maintain quality and operational efficiency
* Drive continuous improvement of housekeeping standards, processes and ways of working, with a strong focus on detail, consistency and guest perception
**Qualifications**
**How Can You Succeed in This Role**
* Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the luxury hospitality segment
* Strong understanding of luxury service standards, attention to detail and guest‑centric quality expectations
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing multicultural housekeeping teams
* Solid knowledge of health, hygiene and safety regulations, including best practices in luxury hotel operations
* Strong organizational and planning skills with cost awareness and budget understanding
* Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work closely with Front Office and operational departments
