Job Description
Job Title: Deputy Housekeeper **Industry: 5\-Star** **Luxury** **Hotel** We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Deputy Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper in managing housekeeping operations of a 5\-star luxury hotel. The candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations including rooms, public areas, and laundry * Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet 5\-star cleanliness and presentation standards * Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff for optimal performance * Conduct regular inspections and audits of rooms and facilities * Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities * Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for seamless guest experience **Key Requirements** * Minimum 7 years of experience in housekeeping in a luxury hotel * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast\-paced environment * Knowledge of housekeeping systems and SOPs in 5\-star hotels * Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally
