Responsibilities include managing staff, training and hiring housekeeping personnel, supervising laundry services, and addressing guest needs with excellent customer service. The role will also involve maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. This is a full\-time, on\-site position based in Igatpuri. **Qualifications** * Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in leading and managing teams effectively * Proficiency in Laundry operations and ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery * Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction * Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests * Experience in Hiring and training housekeeping staff * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards * Relevant professional certifications or a background in hospitality management is a plus
