The team strives to create a comforting retreat for guests, ensuring their stay in Jaipur is akin to a home away from home. **Role Description** The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the housekeeping team's daily operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training team members, inspecting rooms and public areas, and maintaining inventory for cleaning supplies and laundry. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to address guest requests and implement efficient housekeeping practices. This is a full\-time, on\-site role located in Jaipur. **Qualifications** * Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, scheduling, and conflict resolution * Experience managing Laundry operations and ensuring high cleanliness standards * Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs effectively * Proficiency in Hiring and training housekeeping staff * Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization * Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards for hospitality settings * Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
