Hotel Revenue Management Executive – Remote (US Shift)

By operating remotely, we provide flexibility and a collaborative approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. **Role Description** As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will help our US hotel clients price their rooms intelligently every single day. You will analyze competitor rates, market demand, occupancy patterns, and booking trends, then update rates and inventory across the brand systems and online travel agencies. This is the function that directly drives a hotel's top\-line revenue. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Monitor daily rates of competitor hotels and update pricing strategy accordingly. • Work inside brand systems such as ChoiceADVANTAGE, ChoiceMax, and similar PMS / RMS platforms. • Manage rates and availability across OTAs including Booking.com, Expedia, and direct brand sites. • Read and interpret STR STAR reports to track property performance versus comp set. • Build daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports for hotel owners. • Coordinate with US\-based property GMs and owners over email, WhatsApp, and calls. • Identify booking pace issues and recommend pricing or promotional actions. **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction. * Experience in the hospitality sector. * Strong analytical skills and knowledge of revenue management. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities to work collaboratively with remote teams and clients. * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Experience in hotel operations, revenue management, or a related role is an advantage. **Compensation:** INR 20,000 to 50,000 per month (fixed), based on interview performance **Joining:** Immediate / as soon as possible **Equipment:** Own laptop and stable broadband internet required
