Hotel Regional Operations Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years as a multi-unit Manager or Director for a portfolio of hotels
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred, Master's degree preferred
- Hotel certifications highly preferred
- Clear career progression that includes strong General Manager tenures
- Experience with major brands
- Inspiring and transformational leadership style
- Ability to relocate to another major city in the SE United States
- Ability to travel regionally 50% of the time
Hotel Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Recruit, promote, train, and inspire General Managers
- Ensure financial success at all properties
- Ensure preparedness and passing of all brand QA assessments
- Act as direct contact for brand representatives as needed
- Open new properties and onboard new assets
- Other duties as assigned
