Hotel Regional Operations Director - Florida

**About the Role** • Seeking a multi\-unit hotel leader who has already proven they can lead General Managers—and is ready to scale that impact across a growing portfolio in Florida • We are seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead a portfolio of branded hotels across major city centers. • You will drive the Multi\-unit hotel performance and empower the General Managers, steering them toward achieving both operational and strategic objectives. • Providing strong team leadership, ensuring unwavering quality assurance, and executing strategic business plans • To obtain P\&L results and properties' financial performance, brand compliance, and deliver total guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** • Oversee daily operations of multiple hotel properties • Lead and develop Hotel General Managers (direct reports) • Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control across portfolio • Analyze and manage hotel P\&L statements and budgets • Conduct regular property visits and operational audits • Improve guest satisfaction scores and service delivery • Implement operational strategies to increase performance • Full operational oversight of multiple hotel properties and report the the President of the company • Guest satisfaction and hotel brand compliance execution • Financial discipline, reporting, and performance follow\-through **Required Qualifications** • A few years of experience as a Regional Operations Director mentoring experience • Individuals with current East Coast experience are preferred for this position • Excellent financial and P\&L management experience • Proven management abilities to lead and develop General Managers • Background in limited and full service hotel management companies or multi\-property ownership groups • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field **Compensation \& Benefits** Excellent aalary and competitive with bonuses based on results, with other excellent company benefits **About the Company.** A growing US base hotel ownership and management company, known for strong operational leadership and brand alignment in its market segment. **Only individuals with current or recent multi\-unit hotel leadership experience will be considered.** If you think that you have the regional hotel management expertise, skills, and knowledge, please forward your complete resume in WORD format, with a detailed cover letter to the attention of: Robin Sheardown, Executive Vice President All submissions will be kept totally confidential.
