**Hotel Growth Partners \| Goa \| Hybrid Field \& Office\-Based** Hotel Growth Partners is a hospitality growth company focused on improving the commercial performance of independent resorts and boutique hotels through revenue strategy, pricing, OTA optimisation, direct bookings, marketing, brand positioning, and wider commercial systems. We are looking for a Hotel Partnerships Executive to identify, evaluate, and secure high\-quality resort partnerships while acting as the ongoing commercial relationship lead for acquired properties. This is not a generic sales role. It is a strategic hospitality business development and account management position suited to someone with genuine hotel industry knowledge, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to build trust through expertise rather than pressure tactics. **The Role** You will be responsible for sourcing and profiling suitable hospitality properties, assessing their commercial potential, building relationships with owners, and converting the right opportunities into long\-term partnerships. You will also remain a key commercial point of contact for the properties you onboard, ensuring continuity, relationship strength, and strategic account development. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue independent resorts and boutique hotel partnership opportunities * Conduct hospitality market mapping, resort profiling, and commercial property audits * Assess commercial potential including ADR, occupancy, OTA performance, pricing opportunity, owner fit, and market positioning * Build trusted owner relationships and present realistic commercial growth opportunities * Manage partnership development from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing account stewardship * Maintain strong pipeline management, reporting discipline, and market intelligence systems **Required Skills \& Experience** * Hospitality Revenue Management understanding (ADR, pricing, OTA, and distribution) * Hotel Business Development / Hospitality Market Mapping * Property Acquisition \& Partnership Management * Hotel Sales * Account Management * Hotel Profiling \& Audit capabilities **Strong Advantage:** * OTA / PMS / Channel Manager knowledge * Goa hospitality market understanding **Ideal Candidate** This role is best suited to a hospitality professional who understands how hotels grow commercially and can combine strategic sales, revenue awareness, property assessment, and relationship management.
