Hotel Operations Manager

**Job Title: Operations Manager – Hotel Chain \| Permanent role** **Location: Dubai, UAE** We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of a leading hotel chain in Dubai. The role involves ensuring seamless service delivery across departments, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the General Manager in managing overall hotel operations * Oversee front office, housekeeping, F\&B, and guest services teams * Drive service excellence and enhance guest experience * Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance * Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with brand standards * Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams **Requirements:** * Proven experience in hotel operations management for atleast 10 years * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities * Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards is preferred
