Role Description

The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient management and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating staff, maintaining service standards, optimizing operational processes, and addressing guest concerns or issues to achieve high customer satisfaction levels. The role also involves training team members to uphold service quality and operational goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management to oversee hotel activities efficiently.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service.
  • Excellent Communication skills to manage team interactions and guest relationships.
  • Proficiency in Training staff and ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills for adapting to dynamic challenges.
  • Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in hotel management or a similar operational role is highly valued.
