It was created under the USMCA trade agreement. **Location:** Boothbay Harbor, Maine, United States. **Contract:** Full Time **Visa Type:** TN For professionals. **Role Description** We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join a three\-star hotel in the United States.   Oversee daily operations of an 80\-room hotel, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast/Food Service. Develop and implement operational policies, service standards, and revenue strategies. Manage budgets, financial performance, and key performance indicators (occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, guest satisfaction). Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of hotel staff. Maintain property quality, hotel amenities, and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Supervise front desk operations, including guest services, reservations, and check\-in/check\-out procedures. Manage departmental teams including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast/Food Service. **Qualifications** • Valid Mexican or Canadian passport. • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business administration or related field. • Minimum 2\-3 years of progressive hotel management experience. • Demonstrated experience overseeing multi\-department hotel operations. • strong financial management and budgeting experience. • knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hospitality technology. • Professional leadership and communication skills.
