It is a brand designed for the contemporary guest seeking distinctive and memorable experiences. **Role Description** The Hotel Manager will oversee the day\-to\-day operations at PUBLIC, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing staff, implementing service and performance standards, maintaining the hotel’s unique style and atmosphere, and overseeing budgeting and financial operations. The Hotel Manager will also develop strategies to drive revenue, guest loyalty, and brand success while fostering a positive and professional work environment. This is a full\-time, on\-site role located in West Hollywood, CA. **Qualifications** * Leadership and management experience, including team building, development, and performance management * Expertise in hospitality and customer service best practices, guest satisfaction management, and conflict resolution * Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency * Experience with hotel management systems and software * Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and thrive under pressure * Experience in luxury or boutique hotel management is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
