Job Overview:

People Perfec t is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee overall hotel operations in Karachi. The role is responsible for managing hotel operations, financial performance, customer service, sales \& marketing, and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain service excellence, and drive profitability while complying with hospitality standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall hotel operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Support sales \& marketing initiatives to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Supervise HR-related functions including staffing and team management
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and audit
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including regulatory authorities, landlords, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Handle problem-solving, decision-making, and operational challenges effectively

Qualification \& Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (minimum required)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in hotel operations, guest services, and team leadership
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue control
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-department operations
