Hotel Manager

This is a full\-time, on\-site position for a Hotel Manager based in UAE. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and provide an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing customer service initiatives, overseeing budgeting, coordinating food and beverage services, supervising reception staff, and supporting sales efforts. The role will also require fostering a professional and welcoming hotel environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and working closely with the team to achieve business goals. **Qualifications** * Strong experience in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, ensuring excellent guest experiences and efficient check\-in/check\-out processes * Proficient in Budgeting and financial management to maintain and optimize operational costs * Experience in Sales to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities * Knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations to manage dining and hospitality services * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve operational goals * Experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
