Known for its quiet ambience, personalised service, and central location, the property reflects a contemporary approach to hospitality in one of Lahore’s most vibrant commercial districts. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Hotel Manager at Faletti’s Grand Hotel M M Alam Road, Lahore. The Hotel Manager will drive operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and high service standards across all departments. The role involves supervising staff, managing front office and reception operations, overseeing food and beverage services, monitoring budgets and revenue performance, handling guest concerns effectively, and driving sales. **Responsibilities** * Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments * Deliver exceptional guest experiences through strong customer service and operational management * Supervise front office, reception, and reservation operations * Manage budgets and financial planning to achieve revenue targets * Handle guest feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficiently * Drive hotel sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, guest engagement, partnerships, and operational initiatives aimed at maximizing occupancy and overall business performance * Lead, train, and manage hotel staff to ensure operational excellence * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality across the property * Ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to policies and procedures * Oversee food and beverage operations and maintain high service and quality standards **Qualifications \& Skills** * Excellent customer service and guest relations skills * Excellent knowledge of front desk and reception operations * Proficiency in budgeting, sales, and revenue management * Experience in food and beverage operations and service standards * Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast\-paced hospitality environment * Proficiency in hotel management softwares Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred **Experience** Minimum 4 years as a Hotel Manager or m inimum 6 years as a Front Office Manager at a reputed hotel.
