Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Hotel Manager role located in Minneapolis, MN. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling budgeting and sales, and overseeing food \& beverage operations along with receptionist duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
• Manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain an efficient and motivated team.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
• Monitor hotel financial performance, budgets, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance visibility and attract guests.
• Handle vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement.
