The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing budgeting and financial performance, ensuring compliance with brand standards, supervising food and beverage operations, handling guest relations, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth. The manager will also be responsible for handling front\-desk operations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. **Qualifications** * Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve inquiries effectively * Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to manage financial performance and drive revenue * Experience in Food \& Beverage operations to oversee dining services and quality * Ability to manage Receptionist Duties, including front\-desk operations and guest check\-ins/outs * Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a diverse team and ensure operational success * Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written * Previous experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
