The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage budgets, and drive profitability. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating food and beverage services, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The role also involves implementing business strategies to optimize revenue and operational performance. **Qualifications** * Strong expertise in General Management and Business Management practices * Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and handle guest relations * Experience in Budgeting and financial planning * Knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations and services * Excellent leadership and team\-building skills * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred * Prior experience as a hotel manager is required
