**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Stillwater, OK. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth functionality across all departments. Responsibilities include managing personnel, maintaining high service standards, handling budgets and financial planning, and developing business strategies. The Manager will also oversee food and beverage services, ensuring quality and alignment with the hotel’s brand. Collaboration with staff, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and safety standards are key aspects of the role.
**Qualifications**
* Strong leadership and General Management skills to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement policies effectively.
* Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering a welcoming environment.
* Experience in Budgeting and financial management with a focus on cost control and revenue growth.
* Knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations, including quality control and service alignment with brand standards.
* Understanding of Business Management principles, including strategic planning and operational efficiency.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* 3\-7\+ years of experience in hospitality, ideally a luxury or boutique hotel setting, is a plus.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
