We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Staybridge Suites Mayfield/Beachwood. Just minutes from Cleveland attractions and local businesses, the hotel offers a warm, comfortable stay for both corporate and leisure travelers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management with a proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and driving financial results. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage diverse teams, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and prior IHG experience. **Responsibilities** * Oversee all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and brand alignment. * Lead and mentor team to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and associate engagement. * Implement strategies to maximize results across all key performance indicators. * Full accountability of financial performance including the budget, forecast, and cost control measures. * Champion hospitality excellence by upholding brand standards and elevating every guest interaction. * Lead Hotel Sales team to achieve outstanding top\-line results and overall market penetration. **Skills** * Demonstrated success in hotel management within the hospitality industry. * Strong hands\-on leadership with experience in supervising cross\-functional teams effectively. * Exceptional guest service and conflict resolution skills with a focus on delivering consistent, high quality experiences. * Proficient in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control strategies to drive profitability. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast\-paced setting. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or progressive leadership experience in a hotel operation. * Strong knowledge of all facets of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and sales. * Prior IHG experience preferred.
