£90,000 + BONUSES + BENEFITS
JWR is recruiting an experienced Hotel General Manager for a leading branded hotel with over 150 bedrooms.
We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing large branded hotels, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams.
The Ideal Candidate
- Current or recent Hotel General Manager within a branded hotel.
- Experience managing hotels with 150+ bedrooms.
- Strong commercial and operational background across Rooms and Food \& Beverage.
- Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and team engagement.
- Inspirational leader with excellent people management skills.
The Role
- Full responsibility for hotel operations and commercial performance.
- Lead, motivate and develop the senior management team.
- Deliver brand standards, exceptional guest service and financial targets.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.
