**Hotel General Manager** **Denver, Colorado (Metro Area)** ISC’s team of Hospitality Recruiters is partnering with a leading and highly ranked Hotel Management Group on a General Manager search to oversee the day\-to\-day hotel operations, including sales/marketing/financials and more for a beautiful Denver, CO area property. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing physical assets, budgeting, staff development, guest satisfaction, revenue and profitability Coordinate and supervise activities and budgets for each onsite department while optimizing revenue and guest satisfaction. Leading executive committee and promoting collaborative culture and satisfied guests. **General Manager Requirements\- To qualify, you should have the following:** * 3\-5 years' hotel GM experience, required * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (BA) from four\-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination * Keen understanding of PM softrware, influencing RevPAR; Guest Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction * Strong financial acumen as it relates to hotel revenue with demonstrated growth YOY * Passion for creating team learning environment, fostering positive, fulfilling work environment * Demonstrated ability to balance department efficiency and guest service excellence * Track record of collaborating across departments **General Manager Rewards\- If you are a fit, the company offers:** * High visibility with opportunities to expand role/ongoing professional development.
