The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including ensuring superior guest experiences and implementing efficient management strategies. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, budget oversight, monitoring daily operations, maintaining service standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves overseeing business operations, managing property maintenance, and achieving sales and revenue goals. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in General Management and Business Management with strong leadership capabilities * Proficient in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues effectively * Experience in Budgeting, financial planning, and managing operational costs * Knowledge of Food \& Beverage services, operational standards, and quality control * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills * Hospitality management experience or education is a plus * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
