If so, please submit your resume today!** **Hotel General Manager Benefits** * Salary \- $85,000 to $95,000 * Bonus Plan TBD * Health, Dental, \& Vision * PTO * 401k **Hotel General Manager Responsibilities** * Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience * Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering * Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs * Prepare operational budgets, facilitating financial planning and expense control * Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals * Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community **Hotel General Manager Qualifications** * At least 3–5 years of General Manager experience * At least 2 years of Hotel experience with Food \& Beverage outlets and meeting space * Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success * Thrive in an ever\-changing \& fast\-paced environment * Proven track record in delivering financial results * Need to be able to analyze a P\&L to ensure cost controls * Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores **JOB ID** : 176763 \#post Rick Duarte **To Apply for this Job Click Here** , $85,000 \- $95,000,
