Fine Hospitality has built a strong reputation for delivering well‑designed properties, operational efficiency, and consistently exceptional guest experiences. **Position Summary** Fine Hospitality Group is looking for a committed, full‑time Hotel General Manager to lead operations at its East Chicago location. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all daily functions of the property, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and long‑term business growth. Key duties include upholding brand and company standards, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and fostering an environment that delivers an outstanding guest experience. Success in this role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the capacity to build a cohesive, high‑performing team. **Required Qualifications** * Broad experience in general management or business management, with strengths in leadership, organizational development, and strategic planning * Proven ability to deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain strong guest satisfaction * Financial management capabilities, including budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and monitoring profitability * Knowledge of food and beverage operations and related service processes * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for leading diverse teams and collaborating with internal and external partners * Prior experience in hotel management or a comparable leadership role within the hospitality industry * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred * Familiarity with hospitality management software and operational systems is a plus -
