The company strives to continuously elevate industry standards while prioritizing the satisfaction of guests, clients, and stakeholders. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Bethlehem GA, for a Hotel General Manager at the Brand new Fairfield Inn \& Suites under Monaco Hospitality. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, ensure guest satisfaction, and implement business strategies to meet performance goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with operational standards, overseeing food and beverage services, and maintaining the high\-quality experience expected by guests. **The Brand new Fairfield Inn \& Suites will be opening in July 2026** **Qualifications** * Proven expertise in General Management and Business Management, including operational and strategic planning for 3 or more years required * Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences * Experience with Budgeting and financial management responsibilities * Knowledge of Marriott Brand, standards and quality assurance would be preffered * Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams within a fast\-paced, on\-site environment * Prior hotel management experience, preferably in a similar setting * Bi\-Lingual would be essential * A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
