The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and develop staff, ensure customer satisfaction, implement budgets, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include overseeing the Limited Service Food \& Beverage operations and managing business strategies to achieve financial and guest service goals while adhering to company standards and policies. **Qualifications** * Proven expertise in General Management, Business Management, and team leadership * Strong skills in Customer Service with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences * Experience in Budgeting and financial planning with a results\-driven approach * Knowledge of Limited Service Food \& Beverage operations and hospitality industry standards * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work on\-site and manage operations effectively * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus * Relevant certifications or professional memberships in hospitality management are advantageous
