TAMEK Group LLC is a privately held hotel company operating across Indiana. We run tight properties, hold high standards, and take care of the people who perform. We are looking for a General Manager for our Best Western in Indianapolis — someone who owns a result, not just a shift.
What you will run:
Revenue, occupancy, expenses, guest satisfaction, QA, a full department lineup, and the team behind it. You have authority to hire, develop, and hold people accountable.
What we are looking for:
Hotel GM or AGM experience is preferred — but we will talk to strong operators from multi-unit food service or facilities management who understand shift-based accountability, know how to read a P\&L, and do not need a playbook for every situation.
