Hotel General Manager

The General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel in accordance with our vision and mission statement and core values. The General Manager’s responsibilities include the maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. The General Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, we’re looking for a self\-starter and understand the position requires 24\-hour availability. Our property is located in Colorado Springs, CO and would require you to commute or relocate to the area. **Compensation:** $70,000
