Employment \- Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Auberge Gisele's inn Full\-Time Weekends Evenings On\-Call **Description** **Front Desk Supervisor \- Job Description – NOC 62022** * Coordinate, assign and review the work of hotel front desk operations for all Front office staff. * Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments. * Resolve work\-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports. * Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. * Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work * Oversee room assignments, billing, and reservation accuracy using the PMS. * Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through feedback and service standards. * Conduct shift reports, cash handling, and administrative tasks. * Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness. * Promote hotel services, upsell upgrades, and encourage loyalty program sign\-ups. * Ensure front desk procedures align with security, privacy, and company policies. * Work hand in hand with Hotel Management to ensure smooth operations and expectations are met of the department.
