If this sounds like you, let's talk!** **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * This is a boutique hotel which requires very hands\-on management * The Director of Rooms purpose is to direct Guest Services, Housekeeping and Engineering phases of hotel daily operations, providing a superior service and product to the hotel’s guests. * Ensure a positive and safe environment for all associates as stated in the Valor Foundation document. * Fiscal responsibility encompasses managing the day\-to\-day labor and direct expenses ensuring the hotel meets financial expectations to ownership. * Previous experience as a hotel Guest Services, Operations or Assistant General Manager is required * Passion for excellent guest service **BENEFITS** * Salary 90k plus bonus opportunity * Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance * 401k w/company match
