Role Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurses to join our growing healthcare team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving direct patient care in home settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting patients and their families throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health conditions
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Provide wound care and basic medical procedures
- Assist patients with personal care and mobility support
- Educate patients and family members on health management
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Report changes in patient condition to the supervising clinician
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care
Qualifications
- GNM, ANM, or B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Experience in home healthcare, geriatric care, or community nursing preferred
- Strong clinical, patient care, and wound care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude
