The Role

In this role, you will act as bridge between Sales and Operations, owning the client journey from the moment a qualified lead agrees to a Job Description, through pricing, candidate selection, contracting, and operational launch.

What you’ll do

  • Deal Ownership & Pipeline Management: Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline via Jira Work Management, driving deals through key stages and ensure consistent deal momentum and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Commercial & Financial Oversight: Operate and manage internal Margin Calculator, price customized roles with strong financial discipline while safeguarding margin baseline across all deals. Also partner with leadership on pricing strategy and approvals.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary client-facing lead post-JD agreement and confidently engage with EU/US -based executives. Maintain high levels of transparency, trust, and communication throughout the deal lifecycle while managing and aligning internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, IT and Workforce.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate closely with TA to maintain a strong “Ghost Pipeline” and align candidate presentation with commercial timing and client expectations
  • Operational Launch Excellence: Oversee transition from signed contract to successful operational go-live while ensuring readiness across all functions prior to launch. Also, proactively resolve risks that may delay onboarding or delivery.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or staffing
  • Strong background in project management and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • High level of commercial acumen (pricing, margins, financial discipline)
  • Experience working with international clients (EU/US preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong familiarity with tools like Jira, ATS platforms, and video interview tools is a plus
